Have many of the symptoms above , but those 2 never I never had. Completely lost muscle strength and blood vessels retracted. Would weaker up in the morning with pillow soaked from salivating. Believe this was over a 3 year period. Many times severely ill.

Arsenic at diffrent levels has been found in our well water, we were living less then 1000 feet from dump and our well was a shallow well[27 feet] could our illeness be from arsenic in the water

There is no reason to assume that this burning is due to arsenic poisoning unless you have one or more of the other signs and symptoms mentioned above. Any inflammation of the gut may result in a burning sensation and this could be due to a host of causes. Speak to your doctor.
