Hi Valley. Whether the blood in the saliva or from blowing your nose is linked to delay in your period is unclear. It may be two separate conditions. Firstly when the periods are delayed then pregnancy has to first be confirmed or excluded. The blood in the saliva and from the nose could be a severe upper respiratory tract infection or sinusitis. However, it could be linked to more serious conditions as well. You need to see a doctor who can advise you further.]]></description>
