I think this may have been caused by too high nicotine in the vape liquid you are using. Try dropping down. For people who vape quite a bit, 6mg and 3mg seem to suffice.

The next day I was feeling short of breath and still have chest pain and feeling short of breath sometimes. Went to the ER and had an ECG, chest X-Ray and blood test but nothing abnormal was found! Could it be a stomach related condition?
