Hi Vic

No, Straining could not have caused this especially not in a young woman of your age, who is not sexually active and therefore did not have a child. But you should see your doctor to have this assessed.

Hello,

I am a 22 year old girl. I've been constipated for the last few days and I was straining when I was on the toilet. Now I've noticed that my vagina is somewhat looser than before. I felt it with my finger, and also I have a weird feeling that my vagina is lower than before. I have this urge to pee even right after peeing. I am still a virgin and I already have this problem. I know if I have bladder prolapse I will not enjoy sex. I am very worried. Do you think the straining could have caused this? I would really appreciate your help!
Thank you in advance
