Hi Sareeta

The problem may not be the jaw but could be an outer or middle ear infections (otitis externa or otitis media). I would advise that you have this checked up.
At the same time, a TMJ dysfunction can cause an earache but this would not entirely explain the itchy throat. The problem more likely lies in the ear. See your doctor as soon as possible. Take note of any of the symptoms described in this article on Ear Problems.
