Dee, it really depends on the cause of your folliculitis. While there is  possibility that your folliculitis could resolve on its own, it is not advisable to wait and see when treatment may be necessary. Drugs like antibiotics and corticosteroids have no equivalent in &quot;natural remedies&quot; or non-drug alternative health options. 

Leaving your condition for too long can worsen it and lead to complications. Depending on the cause, lifestyle changes may help to prevent it from recurring or worsening but the prescribed medication is still necessary to clear it up.]]></description>
