I am unsure what your question is so I cannot respond. Acid reflux can be a cause of severe chest pain. Please write a clearer report of your symptoms and clearly state what you would like to know. We may be able to help you. Please avoid mentioning trade/brand names of drugs. Rather mention the chemical (generic) name.
