					<description><![CDATA[In the last several years I have developed intense itching at night when laying down to go to bed.  I&#039;m not even sure itching is the right word, it is more like the &#039;pins and needles&#039; one often experiences when circulation is cut off to a limb, such as when crossing your legs, but there is no numbness.  It is mainly all across my chest (I&#039;m a stomach sleeper) and the arms when I try to sleep on my side.  I have tried creams, body oils, body sprays, nothing seems to work.  I usually lose 3 hours of sleep or so a night as a result.  It is making a significant impact on my quality of life, as I am tired all the time which makes me less productive at work.
