Given your age, it is unlikely that it is your heart but not impossible. Conditions like rheumatic fever can affect the heart valves and outer lining (pericarditis). It can occur in your age group and is often preceded by a severe sore throat. Often the correlation is not made between a sore throat and heart conditions so if you did experience a sore throat prior to this pain, you should report it to your doctor. Of course, this is just one possibility. Costochondritis and a related condition known as Tietze’s syndrome is very common in young girls. Ibuprofen will often provide relief until the condition settles.

my ribs feel sore and have swollen up and have a band of what feels like fuild under my breasts, this only started happening a few hours ago but it feels heavy to breath. I will also call my dr in the morning 😉

A neck mass needs to be investigated by a doctor. It could be a swollen lymph node or even a tumor. You need to see a doctor immediately.
