Sounds like your potassium levels are low. You may need to see a dr for potassium supplements.

HI Katie. Has your cluster headaches been diagnosed by a doctor? There are different types and causes of headaches and it is always advisable to get the appropriate advice. With regards to the lip and eyelid twitching that is also occurring, it is advisable that you see a neurologist. While it may not be serious, it does warrant further investigation.

Hi Aubrey. Firstly it is important to differentiate between anxiety that is occurring for specific reasons, like some psychological stress or life events, from anxiety that is occurring for no known reason. If there are reasons for your anxiety then you would need to address these issues first. A psychotherapist can help you in managing your stress and developing better coping skills. However, if the anxiety is occurring for no reason then you may have to speak to a psychiatrist and possibly start on anti-anxiety medication. Discuss your concerns with your family doctor and then take it further.
