Hopefully you have had the ultrasound by now. We cannot guess what it will show. Its not clear whether this is a lymph node or some other tissue growth. It is understandable that you are worried about it but rather wait for the ultrasound. Sometimes online research can scare you unnecessarily when it may not be anything serious.
