are rod shapes on the back of the throat, like whitish patches (like oral thrush, if you Google for some images)? If so, this is usually caused by a yeast Candida albicans.

Extensive fungal infections may be a symptom in low immunity, so I recommend you to have appropriate blood tests to check your blood status. This can be done by immunologist or infectologist.

Unless you have diabetes, avoid simple sugars, including fructose (fruits), lactose (dairy) and sucrose (sweets).

Muscle twitching, bloating in transverse colon, creeping sensations almost everywhere, shuddering sensations and rod shapes at back of throat.

Obvious fungal infections on and in nails and extended as point pains in feet and hands, responds a bit to garlic and worsens with sweet foods.

This has been going on for 4.5months and still no diagnosis. Could anyone help identify what is wrong maybe more than one thing wrong ?
