Hi Akira. There are many possible causes of hip pain or pain in that region. You do not mention any other symptoms. Often in younger females this may be related to the ovaries and fallopian tubes. It could be anything from ovulation to even a condition like PCOS. Report it to your doctor and he/she will able to assess it further in order to reach a final diagnosis.

While it may have been related to the surgery, it is more likely associated with the prolonged bed rest which you would have had given the surgery. It may just be some muscle spasm with lying flat for so long. However, there is no way of saying for sure and it could be an entirely different condition that may have nothing to do with your recent surgery. You should speak to your doctor about it.
