Hi Mandy. Although you may not be have any abnormalities with your blood pressure or blood glucose levels, there are still a host of other conditions that could account for the dizziness. Symptoms like dizziness are present in so many conditions that as an isolated symptom it can be difficult to diagnose. You should follow up with your doctor and possibly even consult with a specialist like a neurologist to investigate this dizziness further. Remember that teh IBS and dizziness may be unrelated.

Hi Mandy. Morning dizziness and queasiness (assuming that you mean nausea) can occur with a host of conditions so it is difficult to say for sure what may be causing it in your case. It could be related to your blood glucose levels or even your blood pressure. The only way to diagnose this is to speak to your doctor and undergo further tests as he/she deems necessary.
