I have a younger brother. He is 8 years old. He has like red rashes at all over his body. Previously his skin was quite smooth. But now seems more like sand paper. He has been endured this since last Sunday 18/06/16. Went to hospital. Doctor described it as Scarlet. He had been prescribed an antibiotic which need to be taken for a week. But after a week, his body still same. Any advice what is Scarlet? What should I do?
