It sliced the nail clear across and is barely attached (I’m too much of a wimp to pull it off)…it’s disgusting and bled for about 6 hours. Now the tip of my finger is completely numb and my jaw is starting to hurt REALLY BAD, especially if I try to open it at all. I had a tetanus shot 4 years ago but do I need another one?
