This is a difficult one - basically you are saying that your tinnitus is relieved by drinking water. Even if you were dehydrated, it is unlikely that one glass of water alone would do the trick. Other signs and symptoms would also have been present due to dehydration. You should consult with an otolaryngologist (ENT specialist) who may be able to shed more light on the matter.]]></description>
