Hi Linda. There are a number of skin lesions that can occur on the ear like moles, actinic keratoses, gouty tophi, keloid scars and cysts that can occur on the ears. Some may be mistaken for a pimple. Even skin cancer lesions may occur on the ears. It is advisable to have a dermatologist assess the lesion and make a diagnosis.
